What are Ecuadorian mushrooms?

Ecuadorian Paddo’s are a popular Psilocybe cubensis strain that originates from the Andes in Ecuador. These mushrooms are known for their long, sturdy stems and relatively large caps, and often produce impressive specimens – even under less ideal conditions.

Supplied in a 1200 cc cultivation kit, they yield approximately 300–400 grams over 2–3 harvests at a cultivation temperature of 20–25°C. They are beloved for their fast, clear effects and pure trip. Ideal for those seeking a reliable, powerful experience with a touch of South American mountain energy. Store the kit between 2–4°C to maintain freshness and potency.

History of Ecuadorian mushrooms

The Ecuadorian strain is rooted in the traditional knowledge of indigenous communities in the Ecuadorian Andes, where these mushrooms have been valued for their spiritual and medicinal properties for generations. In the modern cultivation world, the strain quickly gained popularity due to its robustness, large fruiting bodies, and clear, energetic effects – similar to other South American cubensis varieties.

Through sophisticated cultivation techniques, the All-in-One cultivation kit was created: an easy-to-use way to grow this mountain variety at home. The kit combines old traditions with contemporary simplicity and delivers a reliable, high-quality harvest.

How do you use Ecuadorian mushrooms?

Growing Ecuadorian mushrooms is simple and suitable for beginners. Store the 1200 cc set at 2–4°C. When using, set up a clean environment with a constant temperature of 20–25°C. Open the set, follow the enclosed instructions, ensure adequate air humidity and ventilation.

Pins usually appear after 10–20 days. Harvest the mushrooms just before the cap breaks by turning and pulling them carefully. After harvesting, you can re-soak the set for further flushes (up to about three harvests). Start with a low dose for consumption to gauge the intensity. Consume fresh, dried, or as tea in a quiet, safe setting. Store unused mushrooms in a cool, dry place to preserve their potency.

Ingredients of Ecuadorian mushrooms

The Ecuadorian cultivation kit contains a nutritious substrate that has been inoculated with Ecuadorian mycelium beforehand. The 1200 cc kit consists of an organic mix (including grains, vermiculite and perlite) that has been adapted to this strain.

Supplied are a cultivation bag with air filters and paperclips. No artificial additives are used. The substrate has been optimized for a yield of approximately 300–400 grams over 2–3 harvests at 20–25°C. The mushrooms naturally produce psilocybin, responsible for the clear, energetic effects. By storing the set at a cool (2–4°C) temperature, it remains fresh and ready to use.
